I would like to share a glimpse of my journey in the realm of real estate—a story rooted in passion and dedication.

I proudly emerged as one of the pioneers, belonging to the inaugural batch of board exam passers meticulously evaluated under the Professional Regulations Commission (PRC). The pivotal moment happened in 2011 when I took the challenging Real Estate Service Board Exam for Brokers. Successfully navigating the complexities of the exam, I swiftly earned my stripes, becoming a licensed Real Estate Broker under the esteemed PRC.

Armed with my newfound expertise, I embarked on a thrilling adventure in the real estate world. I swiftly garnered accreditation from leading real estate developers in the country, carving my niche as an independent real estate broker. Collaborating with industry giants like DMCI, SMDC, and Avida, I delved into project selling, showcasing properties that epitomized excellence and innovation.

However, my journey took an exciting turn when I learned from a national TV news program that Long Beach in San Vicente, Palawan, is a burgeoning gem poised to redefine the tourism and real estate landscape. Fueled by curiosity and foresight, I embarked on a journey to Palawan, where I witnessed the immense potential of this coastal paradise.

I started to engage in general brokerage, connecting eager buyers with their dream homes and investment opportunities.

Over a decade has passed since my humble beginnings in San Vicente. It has been a transformative journey—one marked by resilience, learning, and profound connections.

Amidst the tapestry of experiences, I found more than just professional fulfillment; in the heart of San Vicente, I met my wife, a remarkable woman deeply entrenched in the local fabric of the community. She, too, shared my passion for real estate, having embarked on her own journey, culminating in her licensure as a Real Estate Broker in 2013.

Her journey intertwines seamlessly with the development of her town, a journey that reflects her unique background and deep connection to the community. Having worked closely with the Municipal Tourism Office, she gained firsthand experience in understanding the pulse of San Vicente. This experience allowed her to communicate with the Local Government Unit (LGU) of San Vicente, TIEZA (Tourism Infrastructure and Enterprise Zone Authority) – the development arm of the Department of Tourism (DOT), and renowned urban planning experts from Palafox Associates. She was right there, right on time, when the San Vicente Master Plan, a blueprint designed to elevate the town to new heights, was being crafted.

Compelled with the promising prospects and growth trajectory of San Vicente, Palawan, we embarked on a journey into a burgeoning sector of real estate with the acquisition of modest yet strategically located properties – marking the start of our venture into property buy-and-sell, also known as real estate flipping. Venturing into resale, we introduced some of these properties to the market, envisioning a community thriving amidst the scenic beauty of nature. Our experience stands as a living testament to the substantial profitability inherent in land banking in San Vicente. Moreover, we have witnessed firsthand from our clients how seizing the opportunity to capitalize on the steady appreciation of property values over time has become a catalyst for them to achieve substantial wealth accumulation.
